FAMETECH INC has designed and produced Auto-ID and point-of-sale equipment in Taiwan since 1981 and sells it under the TYSSO brand. The company recruited its own design and research team and set up a self-owned factory, so mainboard selection, enclosure tooling and assembly stay together at its New Taipei City base.

Production follows the "quality at every step" principle, with in-house trained quality control staff working from independent laboratories and an ISO-9001 / 9002 certified system behind it. Beside standard products, the sales team handles pre-sale consulting, technical support, training, after-sales service and partial ODM and OEM customization such as color and logo changes.
